International Traffic Continues in Luxury Segment
Posted 11/17/2008Luxury Portfolio Fine Property Collection® has released Luxe Analytics, a ground-breaking tool that allows its members to access in-depth detailed information about traffic to their listings by country, language and currency.
With the tool, sales associates can see how often consumers are viewing a property, what country they are coming from, what language they speak and more. The information is presented in a graphic format that is ideal for communicating with clients.
“Luxe Analytics gives our members insight into the luxury consumer who is looking at their listings,” Stephanie Pfeffer, director of integrated marketing said. “Evaluating that information can help associates customize their marketing plans accordingly. If, for example, they notice a high percentage of viewings are coming from London, they may want to emphasize that the property offers a perfect setting for afternoon tea.”
Since its launch in October, the tool has revealed an increasing number of international visitors to the site, with certain markets are attracting a high percentage of international viewings. Early results indicate that the markets receiving the most traffic from outside the United States include: Boca Raton; New York City; Orange County; Miami; Saratoga/Contra Costa in Northern California, Westchester County, NY; Washington DC; San Diego; Fairfield County, CT; Sarasota; Chicago; Dallas and Seattle.
The countries sending the most traffic to the above markets are: Canada, United Kingdom, Brazil, Mexico, Spain, France, Germany, Australia, Italy and Switzerland. For example, almost 20,000 showings of properties in the Boca Raton area are from visitors from Canada, over 12,000 from the United Kingdom and over 3,500 from Switzerland.
Launched in 2005, Luxury Portfolio Fine Property Collection® has grown to include over 15,000 of the world’s most remarkable properties and attracts over 1.2 million high-net-worth visitors a year.
