Cora Bett Thomas Realty Announces Expansion Into UK
Posted 07/11/2008Cora Bett Thomas Realty & Associates announced that Mayfair International Realty, an 11-year-old independent marketing firm with an office in the West End of London, will represent Cora Bett Thomas Realty to European buyers and also handle its European public relations. Mayfair already represents 125 brokerages with 350 offices throughout the United Kingdom.
Mayfair’s saturation of the UK market was a key motivator of Cora Bett Thomas Realty’s decision to retain them, said Cora Bett Thomas, founder and CEO of Cora Bett Thomas Realty & Associates with offices in Savannah, GA and Beaufort and Bluffton, SC. The exclusive partnership between Mayfair and Cora Bett Thomas Realty ensures a wider reach of currency-buoyed audience for sellers. (One Euro equaled about $1.57 and the UK Pound equaled approximately $1.98 in early July 2008.)
