Briggs Freeman Spring Party Introduces New Highland Park Home
Posted 04/28/2010Despite the threat of rain, guests poured into the new Mediterranean home at 4343 Beverly Drive during a recent evening reception. The event was hosted by Briggs Freeman partners Robbie Briggs and Charles Freeman as well as Javier Arreola, founder of Terrasse, the high-end builder that completed the new manse. Papercity magazine sponsored the party that offered a first glimpse into the property, which is listed by Briggs Freeman’s Claire Dewar.
Guests included Mayor Leppert and his wife, Laura; Stepanee Bates, Jonathan Doddridge of Ascent Financial Services and his wife, Claire, Byron and Pam Dunn, Howard and Jane Fitch, Tony and Jeannie McClung, and Jay and Lisa Luby Ryan.
Delicious fare catered by Wendy Krispin was enjoyed by all, as was Daniel Rodriguez’ classical Spanish guitar music, a fitting accompaniment to the classic Mediterranean architecture designed by Clay Nelson Architects. Built with energy efficient ICF walls, the home also boasts gorgeous, high-ceilinged rooms that overlook gardens.
