The Royal Cottages are a short golf cart drive from the Club’s Scottish links-style golf course, yacht club, equestrian center, tennis courts, and Clubhouse.

The Royal Cottages were distinctly designed for the Carnegie Village by renowned architect James Gibson. Gibson’s thoughtful homes incorporate a low-country, Georgian style with classic New England features, combining screened porches, loggias and private courtyards with cedar shake shingles and rooftops for a home style that is unique and beautiful. Private swimming pools, spacious decks and porches, plus garages for both vehicles and golf carts are just a sampling of the features enjoyed by Carnegie Abbey residents.

The well thought out Carnegie Village is specifically sited to offer a unique neighborhood in which families can gather and enjoy one another’s company, while still affording owners the opportunity to relax in privacy around their pool, adjoining courtyards and gardens.
