Daniel Libeskind's The Villa in Ticino Switzerland

Sleek, stylish, and functional beauty fused into elegance personify Daniel Libeskind designs. Yes, Libeskind's architecture is controversial, but so is paying one million euros for the newest Lamborghini, the Reventon.  Regardless of your taste one cannot argue that Libeskind designs employ cutting edge philosophies, boast awesome attention to detail, and push the limits of lines and geometric forms far beyond the norm. Libeskind's design philosophies are fully alive in his first signature series residential home, The Villa, the first of which is for sale in Ticino, Switzerland, represented by WETAG Consulting.

You can read more about Libeskind's design theories and this stunning home on the WETAG International Insights blog.

PeterR's Gravatar In addition, I need to say, that the the prototype has been finished in Germany and is now open for tours. Even the prototype serves as a visitor center whit some parts much different to the later version of the villa, it's still a really fascinating space with all the Libeskind typical angles and transversely surfaces. The latest development shows that there is a huge interest in the house and what's even better also by the art scene which is usually very careful with mass production like pieces of quite hyped artists and architects. So it seems that Libeskind coped his own aspiration with the taste of art and architecture lovers. The villa will also feature the newest energy saving standards and state-of-the-art luxurious amenities.
Just last weekend I was visiting the constructions site of one of Libeskind latest projects, the extension of the Military History Museum in Dresden, Germany and this space is as stunning as usual for Libeskind.
