Annie Becker's Gravatar This is a fantastic idea! So many retail sites offer customer service this way...why not Realtors? I'll be adding this to the suggestion box at my agency. I hope John Daugherty, Realtors puts in some follow-up comments so we can hear some stories of Live Chat in action.
