This is an absolutely gorgeous home in a great, convenient location just outside of the city. This is a must see in my opinion. I’ve seen many homes in Chicago lately and I am so glad that I ventured out to the beautiful suburb of Park Ridge, IL. You truly can have it all with this property.

Beautifully designed with tremendous attention to detail. As you walk in the home you are welcomed by a stunning wishbone staircase. Just beautiful! The layout of the home flows very well. Perfect for entertaining. I love the panoramic views of the golf course. You get that resort feeling while still being in the city’s back yard. I can just imagine having a cup of coffee in the morning while my husband is out putting on the green – and boy does he need the practice.

The resort feeling continues with the a huge four person jacuzzi and sauna in the lower level. The feature that I absolutely fell in love with is the steam room which is connected to the shower - so get this - when you step out to dry off you are still surrounded by the warmth of the steam. I love the simple things in life – like not freezing when you step out of the shower. Again – just incredible attention to detail.

I viewed this home recently and I was pleasantly surprised. Its shows very well in the photos but in person it takes your breath away.
